Support Community

ASI Technical Support maintains an online community with technical documentation, articles, and updates. Through this online community, you can also access product releases, sample reports, and database maintenance scripts and utilities.

Google search for iMIS

ASI offers powerful information searching through a custom Google Search Appliance. Google Search gives you a single place from which to access information from one or all of ASI’s sources: user documentation, developer postings, support issues, and community areas.

Support Issues Search

You can view real-time listings of software issues for each release. You can search resolved issues and known issues, by release version.

Knowledgebase Search

You can access the powerful iMIS Knowledgebase online. This tool allows you to search the entire library of online resources, including HelpNet discussions, previously resolved technical issues, and other product and technical information.

Help and Documentation

You have unrestricted access to the iMIS Helpsite, which provides the latest documentation for online browsing and searching; corrections and additions become available immediately.

The Helpsite also includes downloadable, print-ready references that pull together comprehensive information and appendices on each feature set; they remain available on the Helpsite, so you do not have to log in to HelpNet for documentation.

HelpNet Community

iMIS HelpNet is an online self-service community devoted to empowering you to solve your own issues and develop application expertise. iMIS HelpNet hosts a discussion forum where you can post questions to the entire iMIS community of users, Authorized iMIS Solution Providers (AiSPs), and ASI Staff as well as search previous discussion threads.

HelpNet also contains archives of iMIS 10 documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and installation instructions.
